AnonMP4.to provides anonymous video file hosting. Users may upload video files and receive a shareable link without creating an account. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You may only use the Service for lawful purposes. You agree not to upload, share, or distribute content that:
- Is illegal under applicable local, national, or international law.
- Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors.

5. Content Ownership & Licence
You retain all ownership rights to content you upload. By uploading to the Service, you grant AnonMP4.to a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, host, and deliver the content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. This licence ends when you delete your content using your delete token.
6. Delete Token
Upon uploading, you receive a secret delete token. Keep this token secure — anyone with the token can permanently delete your video. We have no way to recover or regenerate lost delete tokens.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data integrity, or that the Service will meet your requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnonMP4.to shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or content.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration where legally permissible.
