1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this anonymous video hosting service ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

We provide a free, anonymous video hosting platform that allows users to:

• Upload videos up to 50GB per file (10 files per batch)
• Share videos via direct links
• Choose privacy settings (public, unlisted, password-protected)
• Delete uploaded content using unique delete links
• Stream and download videos in multiple resolutions

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Content Ownership

You represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights to the content you upload, or have obtained all necessary permissions
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• You have the authority to grant the licenses described in these Terms

3.3 License Grant

By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Store and host your videos
• Deliver and stream your videos to users you authorize
• Generate thumbnails and process videos for optimal playback
• Display public videos in browse/search pages (if you choose public privacy)

This license terminates when you delete your content using the provided delete link.

4. Prohibited Content

You agree NOT to upload content that:

• Violates Copyright: Pirated movies, TV shows, music videos, or any copyrighted material without permission
• Illegal Material: Content that violates local, national, or international laws
• Child Exploitation: Any content depicting minors in sexual or exploitative situations (zero tolerance)
• Hate Speech: Content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination against individuals or groups
• Terrorism: Content promoting or supporting terrorist organizations or activities
• Harassment: Content intended to harass, threaten, or intimidate individuals
• Malware/Viruses: Files containing malicious code or designed to harm systems
• Spam/Scams: Deceptive content, phishing attempts, or fraudulent material
• Graphic Violence: Excessively violent or disturbing content without legitimate purpose
• Adult Content: Pornographic or sexually explicit material (use age-appropriate platforms)

5. Content Moderation

5.1 Proactive Monitoring

We do not proactively monitor uploaded content to preserve anonymity. However, we reserve the right to:

• Review content reported by users or rights holders
• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Cooperate with law enforcement investigations

5.2 Removal Process

Content may be removed if:

• It violates these Terms of Service
• We receive a valid DMCA takedown notice
• It is subject to a court order or legal request
• It poses security or operational risks

6. Privacy Settings

6.1 Public Videos

Videos marked as "public" will:

• Appear in browse and search pages
• Be accessible to anyone with internet access
• Be indexed by search engines

6.2 Unlisted Videos

Videos marked as "unlisted" will:

• Only be accessible via direct link
• Not appear in browse/search pages
• Not be indexed by search engines

6.3 Password-Protected Videos

Videos with password protection require viewers to enter the password you set. These videos are not publicly accessible or searchable.

7. Content Retention & Deletion

7.1 Storage Duration

Videos are stored indefinitely until:

• You delete them using your unique delete link
• They are removed due to Terms violations
• We receive a valid DMCA or legal takedown request

7.2 Delete Links

Each upload generates a unique 64-character delete link. Keep this link secure. Anyone with this link can permanently delete your video. We cannot recover deleted content or provide lost delete links.

8. Service Availability

8.1 No Guarantees

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Permanent availability of uploaded content
• Specific upload or download speeds
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

8.2 Maintenance & Downtime

We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues without prior notice.

9. Bandwidth & Usage Limits

Current limits (subject to change):

• File Size: 50GB per video
• Batch Upload: 10 videos per session
• Supported Formats: 30+ video formats (see FAQ)
• No View Limits: Unlimited views and bandwidth

We reserve the right to modify these limits to ensure service quality for all users.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 DMCA Compliance

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To file a takedown notice, see our DMCA Policy.

10.2 Counter-Notifications

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification as outlined in our DMCA Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for user-uploaded content
• We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or security breaches

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Content you upload
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Third-Party Services

13.1 Service Providers

Our Service uses third-party infrastructure and services for operation:

• CDN & Hosting: Content delivery networks for video streaming
• Google reCAPTCHA: Spam protection on forms (takedown requests, reports)
• Google Analytics (if enabled): Anonymous usage statistics
• Ad Networks (if present): Third-party advertising services

13.2 Third-Party Data Collection

By using our Service, you acknowledge these third-party integrations and agree to review their respective privacy policies. We make reasonable efforts to use privacy-respecting services but cannot control their data practices.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to:
